Indoor Hire, Outdoor Hire and The Great British Weather

Outdoor bookings:

We offer outdoor bookings from 1st March through to the 31st October. (Weather permitting) This could be a hall or pub with an outdoor area or even your back garden! Please note, No Bouncy Castle or any of our Inflatables can be secured on Hard Standing due to UK safety regulations making it nearly impossible, you can read more on this here. Any cancellations or change in circumstances due to rain will not be refunded. The Great British weather is always changing so we strongly advise to have a back up indoor Plan-B in place ready for any bad weather. Cancellations due to wind speeds being greater than 24mph will be rescheduled or future credit given.

Indoor bookings:

We offer indoor bookings all year round! We have been to lots of village halls, community centres and pubs over the years. You will be surprised at how many different rooms are available if you look for one! See more on the areas we cover page! Please be aware of the floor space needed for all chosen hired items. No refunds will be given on the day if there is insufficient space for all items. You can contact us via many methods to double check any sizes of any product.

Tips to find a hired function room

  • Ask Friends and family
  • Ask on social media
  • Ring some local pubs, if they don't have a room available ask if they know of one in the area.
  • Look on google searching various key words like community centre, village hall, function room, combined with near me or names of towns and villages local to you.
  • Think back to any events or parties you have been to at function rooms in the past, you might be surprised and find they have had a refurbishment!

Great British Weather:

Unfortunately we cannot control the weather, this means that at our discretion in adverse conditions we may have to cancel your booking. We will try our best to reschedule your booking but this is not always possible. If bad weather is forecast for your event we highly recommend changing venue to a hired room or hall. Any cancelations or change in circumstances due to rain will not be refunded.
