What areas do you cover?

What items are available on this date?
You can check all available items at the widget at the top of every page! Choose your date and select all products to see all available products for your chosen date!

How much is the Booking Deposit?
We ask for a Deposit of 20% of the full booking fee. This is to secure all of the requested items, times and dates to your booking. Please note, no items can be secured without a booking deposit. Any Bookings that are made without a deposit are given 12hrs to make a deposit payment before the booking is cancelled. The booking deposit is deducted from the total bill.

How do I select a delivery or collection time?
If you have no allocated times for your venue (full day hired room or private garden) you can select the 'any time between' option and we will create the most efficient route for all of our deliveries and collections for the day, ensuring your items are set up before your event starts and collected only once the event is over. You can let us know times of your event further down the booking page.
If you have a time slot to stick to, you will need to select a precise delivery and collection time (+£7.50) please contact us for our recommended time allowance for set up and clean down for your chosen items. We will not accept any charges from halls for running over allocated times.
If for example your party starts at 2oclock and finishes at 6pm, but you have a hired hall from 12.30pm onwards, you could select a 12.30pm delivery but an 'any time between' for collection but let us know that your party finishes at 6pm.

What time is day hire between?
Day hire is between the hours of 10am and 6pm. Extra time is charged at £20 per hour outside of these times.

Is overnight hire available?
You can hire items overnight, this is charged at a second days hire. Collection at 6pm the following day is included. Place of hire must be secure and overnight hire is always at our discretion with no refunds given if cancelled by either party on the day.

What happens if it rains on the day?
Unfortunately we cannot control the weather, this means that at our discretion in adverse conditions we may have to cancel your booking. We will try our best to reschedule your booking but this is not always possible. If bad weather is forecast for your event we highly recommend changing venue to a hired room or hall. Any cancelations or change in circumstances due to rain will not be refunded. The Great British weather is always changing so we strongly advise to have a back up indoor Plan-B in place ready for any bad weather.

Do you do more than birthdays?
Our equipment can be hired for any event! We ask you to tell us the type of event the hire will be for as certain procedures need to be followed for certain events. This question will be asked in the booking form and confirmation will be given by the party people if the hire can go ahead for that type of event.

Can i get a discounted price if i don't need a full days hire?
Our prices are per hire and we do not offer any discount for shorter hire periods.

How long do you need to set up and pack away?
If we can park next to the entrance doors and there is a relatively short walk to the set up area the approximate times needed are:
Small and large castle 30mins. Slide and playpark 40 mins. Small package 45 mins. Medium package and large package 1hrs. Full Package 2hrs.
*Please allow 1 hour for packing away. More time will be needed if equipment is heavily soiled, which may lead to the customer receiving fines from hired halls for running over allocated times. Making it in the best interest of the customer to keep all equipment clean at all times*

Can i have an inflatable on an outdoor hardstanding?
We cannot fit any inflatable on any outdoor hardstanding due to UK regulations making hiring an inflatable to an outdoor hardstanding nearly impossible as we would need almost one tonne of sand.
Sorry, no artificial grass either. this will leave holes from our pegs behind. and we would also not be able to guarantee a good fixing with our pegs as we do not know what the ground below consists of.
