Booking for a room or a hall?
If you are booking for a hired room or hall such as a village hall, community centre or a function room, you will need to select that you require a specific delivery and collection time. 'Any time' deliveries and collections are available at no cost, but these can be anytime between 6.30am and 12pm for deliveries and between 5pm and 9pm for collections, which is why specific times are necessary for hired rooms or halls.
Any time deliveries help us keep to the most time and fuel efficient route for the day. Where as with specific delivery times we can be playing dot to dot from city to city and town to town (twice! - for delivery and collection!)

- Recommended for venues with no access restrictions for example gardens with unlocked side gates.
- Not available for hired rooms.
- Can be anywhere between 6.30am-12pm for deliveries and 5pm-9pm for collections.
- This does not mean you will receive delivery at 12pm and have the items collected at 5pm. If you are our last delivery of the day you will also be our last collection of the day.
- Your items will still be delivered and completely set up before your event starts.

- Required for parties and events with set times.
- If you want to be sure to receive your items by a certain time.
